Hooks
Every exported hook: the table itself, server data, state selection, detail panels, breakpoints, virtualization and persistence.
Each hook is usable on its own. useDataTable is the whole engine; the rest are the pieces the
built-in component uses internally, exported because a custom layout needs them too.
